1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pk70 ("we", "us", "the platform") and you ("the player", "the user") in connection with all services available on the pk70 website and mobile application. By accessing, registering on, depositing funds into or playing any game on pk70, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us based on these Terms.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pk70. Where there is any conflict, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from pk70 for a violation of these Terms.

pk70 may request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure. We take age verification seriously and will act promptly on any credible concern that an account is operated by a minor.

3. Your Account

Each player may hold only one active account on pk70. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts involved, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals, and permanent ban from the platform.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. pk70 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately and change your password without delay.

• Account balances are held in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
• Account currency cannot be changed after registration.
• Accounts showing no activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant; maintenance fees may apply as described in our fee schedule.
• pk70 accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring or buying an account is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits & Payments

pk70 accepts deposits in PKR via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees with no platform-side currency conversion fees applied to standard deposits.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Deposit limits may be adjusted following a successful identity verification review.

• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your pk70 account within minutes of confirmation.
• Raast and Bank Transfer deposits are generally credited within one business hour; in some cases processing may take longer depending on your bank.
• pk70 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name registered on your pk70 account.
• Deposits made in error (wrong amount, wrong reference) should be reported to support immediately. Recovery may not always be possible and depends entirely on the payment provider's processes.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, you will be asked to provide an alternative verified method in the same name.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification; accounts that have not completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.

• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days once the request has been approved and KYC is complete.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically arrive faster than Bank Transfer withdrawals.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balance in excess of any active bonus wagering requirement is withdrawable.
• pk70 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This process may extend processing time and requires full player cooperation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pk70 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms, eligible games list, minimum deposit requirement and wagering requirement. • Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier for each offer is stated on the promotion's detail page.
• Bonuses are credited to accounts in PKR. The value of free spins is calculated at the spin value stated in the promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• pk70 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus will generally be given reasonable time to complete wagering requirements before a promotion is withdrawn.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy or reproduce any part of the pk70 platform, game content or proprietary data.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

pk70 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of a Terms violation, fraudulent activity, or risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of suspension, we will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the account holder wherever it is safe and appropriate to do so.

• If your account is closed due to a Terms violation, any bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation and returned if no breach is confirmed.
• You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be either completed or the bonus forfeited.
• Closed accounts cannot be reopened. If you wish to return to pk70 after voluntary closure and are eligible to do so, a new account must be registered — subject to the single-account rule being satisfied (the previous account must be fully closed first).

In any event, pk70's total liability to any individual player for a single incident shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
